Motul Mechanic's loyalty program is specifically tailored for registered mechanics, rewarding them for purchasing Motul Products. The program commences on July 1st, 2022. Participants will receive coupons when buying selected Motul products. These points can be accumulated monthly and redeemed for bank transfers, Paytm transactions, and various physical rewards.
Mechanics and retailers may enroll via the app or through Atlantic Lubricants and Specialities Private Limited (ALSL) representatives, pending approval by ALSL. Customer enrollment is only finalized upon approval based on the terms and conditions set by the team.
Successfully enrolled mechanics and retailers can access the app to enjoy benefits aligned with their respective customer categories.
- Mechanics: Mechanics can submit "Motul product coupons," monitor earned, spent, and remaining points, as well as redeem points for bank transfers, Paytm transfers, and other rewards. Mechanics earn points based on the value specified on Motul coupons, where 1 point equals 1 INR.
- Retailers: Retailers can process unused coupons submitted by mechanics for instant benefits such as cash discounts or products equivalent to the coupon's face value. Retailers may redeem these coupons for Motul products in their inventory.
